We fix it or it's free pricing

There is absolutely no charge for problem assessment when you choose ETH360 for your computer repair needs, provided that the issue and service address are within the Jacksonville, FL and surrounding areas, as well as within the scope of our services.

We understand that identifying the issue is the first step towards finding a solution, and we're happy to offer this initial consultation at no cost to you. We're also happy to share complimentary computer know-how with every service call – it's like a bonus gift, absolutely free. You see, helping you is what we do best, no extra charges, just friendly support.

Service call rate

The service call fee is $70.00 (Only if we fix it, install it, or resolve your issue, otherwise you pay nothing, unless parts are involved. Parts are usually uncommon as most issues are software related). If we do successfully provide you with a solution to your problem, our fee is $70.00 for service up to 30 minutes or less, not including parts. During this time, our expert technicians will attempt to diagnose and address the issue efficiently. We take pride in our ability to resolve problems promptly, and for many cases, this initial time-frame is all it takes.

We fix It quickly

If we successfully address the issue within the first 30 minutes, there are no extra charges unless parts are involved. Your total cost remains at the affordable $70.00 service call rate.

Extended service

We charge $15.00 per 15 minute increments in cases where the job requires more than 30 minutes. Of course, we will request your approval before we proceed. We believe in fair and straightforward billing, ensuring that you are aware of the costs as the service progresses.
